Zeppole di San Giuseppe

Zeppole are served especially for Italian St. Joseph’s Feast Day.
These are made from a very slightly sweetened choux pastry which is topped with a vanilla cream, dusted with powdered sugar and crowned with a syrupy Italian cherry.
