This Polish Carpathian Mountain cream cake recipe is known as “Karpatka”.

It’s made with choux type of puff pastry and a very delicate traditional butter & custard cream. Dusted with icing sugar looks like snow-covered Carpathian Mountains. It is sweet, creamy and it melts in your mouth.
